These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Karaoke Video Maker, available at https://karaokevideomaker.org, and any related websites, applications, tools, storage, rendering, export, support, and online services we provide.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Karaoke Video Maker provides web-based tools for creating karaoke and lyric videos. Features may include audio upload, stem separation, lyric alignment, beat and chord analysis, waveform generation, template editing, media layers, preview playback, cloud rendering, gallery storage, and video export.

The Service is a technical tool for users to create, edit, manage, and export their own projects. We do not endorse, pre-screen, or assume responsibility for user content.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

• You retain ownership of audio, lyrics, images, videos, templates, edits, timing data, and other content you upload, enter, create, or generate through the Service.
• By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze, synchronize, transform, render, transmit, reproduce, and display it solely as needed to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service.
• You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority necessary to upload, process, edit, synchronize, transform, render, export, download, publish, and otherwise use the content and outputs.
• You are solely responsible for your content, your projects, your exported videos, and how you use or distribute any output generated by the Service.

Karaoke Video Maker does not provide music rights, lyric rights, synchronization rights, mechanical rights, public performance rights, master recording rights, publishing rights, or any other intellectual property permissions. You are responsible for obtaining all rights required for your intended use.

Using the Service to remove vocals, align lyrics, create karaoke subtitles, combine media, or export a video does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use copyrighted songs, recordings, lyrics, images, videos, fonts, artwork, or other third-party materials.

If you believe content created or stored through the Service infringes your rights, contact us at hello@karaokevideomaker.org with enough information for us to review the request.

We reserve the right to investigate and suspend accounts when misuse is suspected.

• Do not upload, process, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
• Do not use the Service in a way that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, platform, or other third-party rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' data.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, account restrictions, security controls, or technical protections.
• Do not use the Service to create, publish, or distribute content intended for fraud, impersonation, deception, harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, communications, AI processing, transcription, media processing, rendering, file delivery, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law, and your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

The Service, including its software, interface, workflows, branding, website, design, documentation, and related intellectual property, is owned by Karaoke Video Maker or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved.

If you share comments, ideas, requests, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the Service, or if continued operation is no longer commercially practical. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Stem separation, transcription, lyric alignment, beat detection, chord recognition, waveform generation, timing, previews, templates, and exports may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use.
• No Rights Clearance: We do not verify whether you have rights to use any song, recording, lyric, image, video, or other material.
• Use at Your Own Risk: You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before using, sharing, publishing, storing, or relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karaoke Video Maker, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, content, exports, or use, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service;
• The quality, suitability, legality, timing, synchronization, or accuracy of any project, preview, export, or output;
• Any reliance on generated, edited, separated, synchronized, or rendered outputs;
• Any errors, omissions, corruption, delays, deletions, or failures involving uploaded content, project data, gallery assets, or exports;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any third-party service, provider, or dependency used in connection with the Service;
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Karaoke Video Maker and its affiliates, personnel, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your projects, your exports, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

If you access the Service outside the country where we or our providers operate, you are responsible for complying with local laws. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
